PACKLIB
is a Fortran callable library made up of complete
packages. A few of the packages, such as VMIO, are
machine dependent. The bulk, however, run on a variety
of systems including Unix, MS-DOS, Windows NT, VMS, VM/CMS
and MVS.

should be consulted for further details.
